I might legit start sobbing if they sell out. Still recovering from the LVGO breakup

Where did the rumors come from? I wouldn’t be surprised if they came from Cisco side to see how market reacted...the market reacted well. I fear this encourages Cisco management to proceed further down the acquisition path now...unfortunately.

cisco already approached datadog back in september and were told no. they reportedly have a shitpile of free cash, and M/A is really the only way they are going to grow now.

if i'm FSLY i tell them 135ish or no deal.
and based on what happened to TDOC/LVGO in a cash/stock deal...i'll be selling prior to the merger and let the hedge funds play the margins. i'm still down quite a bit from pre-merger values

Fastly managed to close above the 100-day moving average at 85.98 for the first time since October 20th. Unable to break through the key technical resistance level at 92.19 (R1), the market closed below it after spiking up to 97.19 earlier during the day. The failure to close above the resistance could increase that levels importance going forward. The trend is clearly bullish, showing an intact uptrend in the short, medium and long-term.

keep an eye on 92

This was resistance a couple days ago. Let’s see if it’s built enough of a base to bust through this time.

Just a little more foreplay and she’ll be there.
