September 18th is the next meeting and projected rate cut day.

Speaking of market pricing, currently 70% likelihood of .25 and 30% likelihood of .50 based on CME FedWatch.
Not sure if those numbers are all that relevant until we get August job numbers on 9/6.

Keep in mind
The loan market including mortgage loans, has already factored in the rate drop so it would be foolish to wait until they do it before taking action on something.

Make sure you all adjust your DCF models before the end of the month. Because, you know, overnight lending rates have a huge impact on equity valuations

Yes I do know the markets dont wait til the actual cut. I was just wanting the date that the Fed cuts the rate
