Good buying oppoirtunity?

Might be. Seems like they’ve had perpetual legal troubles for the past decade and they’re still chugging along.

SOUN in mid-$6 range. Probably a good buy price. DD is necessary, especially with SMCI post-30% one-day drop

Yeah. I think you're right. Probably oversold.

SOUN is a dog. Only anchor I have in my whole portfolio.

SOUN will have its day. It had a great quarter. Needs to have a trend reversal

I've bought all the way down from $15. It's getting tough to continue buying the dips, but man...I really want to get my average lower.
I've seen some people call for a gap fill in the mid 5's.

The numbers do look good, but this post makes management sounds soooo shitty.
The Pattern of Poor Management:
Repeated dilution despite approximately $240 million in cash.
Generous stock-based compensation packages.
Insider selling while shareholders bleed.
CFO departure is not a good or bad news for me, the dilution was already in place despite the cash pile.
This isn't leadership. It's value extraction. Management gets rich through endless share issuance and sales, while long-term investors like us get diluted and hold the bag.
Promises vs Reality:
EBITDA positive in 2025 = Missed.
$100B company by 2030 stated by the CEO= Delusional at this execution pace.
Backlog once a key metric = now conveniently disappeared from discussions.

These aren’t significant offerings. It’s stock based comp, which is standard in tech.

Mostly tax withholding selling, not large scale selling.
I don’t have concerns about management at this point. This is someone unhappy with stock price trying to find a reason for the stock price to be down on a high beta stock when AI stocks are not trending up right now. SOUN posted a good beat this quarter, revenue growth looks strong for 2026, partnerships are growing, SOUN voice tech is still beating Google etc head to head
