We are closing above this major pivot which is roughly the low of Dec. 2018. Let's see how much follow through we can get as we got down to 2280 earlier.

I was exactly one year off on stock market turmoil. Timing is very hard to get perfect, but I saw China pulling their trillions out and causing chaos but who knew they would also release a pandemic out of Wuhan. Repo rates ran wild and the bond market started getting really volatile in September due to the Chinese. Then Russia shoots the oil market in the head. Economic warfare and now a pandemic thrown on top. God help us all. I am not some perma bear or gleeful idiot over this turmoil. My heart aches for everyone around the world, not just us in America. Nobody "wins" in this turmoil.

Take the black swan event of a global pandemic out and this market is humming along. You’re still an idiot.

Are you seriously claiming you foresaw China orchestrating a possible global recession, successfully?

Released? Intentionally?! You know this rocked China plenty, right?

Yes indeed. This is about transitioning to another global reserve currency.

You think China actually cares about its people or anyone else?

You think Italy is going to still be the first country in Europe to adopt uncle xi money? You think anyone in the western world isn't going to have a massive domestic product movement after this?

I just don't see how china doesn't go down with the ship.

Unless the government comes in and does something big. And I mean BIG.. We are fixing to slice through every support level like butter. Worse than 2008. One more press conference about quantitative easing and liquidity and we are in for Great Depression 2 x1,000

It was fairly obvious that the leverage in the Chinese economy was always going to be the start of the problem. So any demand shock was going to have the same effects. This has been the case for a decade.

I thought the price action late in the day looked promising also. Let's hope for a green Thursday.

Kind of deflated your point with this line. Thanks for speaking truth though.

Even with this selloff 2010-2020 has been a great time to own stocks.

I hope you’re right, but the same Romney/Clinton types who are cheerleaders for outsourcing and mass immigration are going to be back at it when the dust settles.

Oh, you think China's growth was organic don't you?

I'm sure you think the US economy was growing organically too.

Apple carried a trillion dollar valuation because it was and still is innovative.

Amazon disrupted retail. Obliterated much of it.

Netflix single handedly disrupted the entertainment industry.

And Eli Lily continues to produce drugs for our people.

They didn’t need ZIRP to win.
