Rotation from tech to small caps today

I have some AVUV small cap ETF holdings. It is funny, about once every 2 weeks everything I own will be red and it will be up 3%. At some point the pendulum will swing back to small cap

As long as it looks like rates are going to be lowered, small caps are going to be positioned to outperform other sectors of the market. They have underperformed for a long time and are undervalued.

Makes sense from a debt standpoint for the smaller caps which obviously leads to hopefully better margins.
