More than 150% of the float of RGTI was traded today. Just wow.

Quantum space too hot to handle this week. I’m enjoying trading vicariously. Too cautious to jump the wave.

I went in today.

Shares and calls on DWave, shares of LAES and have calls on RGTI.

If this goes tits up, y'all can blame me.

There’s an app called after hours that a Redditer started and you can get some good insights and heads up on there from several of the users.

I’d recommend it to anyone

Then I also use Reddit to see what people are talking about. I’ll add the ticker to one of my watchlists and then DD.

I’ll also use Morningstar and motley fool to see what they say

Lastly I go with my gut

I’ll say my 2 stocks I’m up big on are KULR and RGTI. I’m up a good bit on both of them in only 2 months. Hoping for a moon shot on them both

Man, they sure timed that well....
Great to see!

Things should get interesting with the really low float. Just 22 million shares.

295 @ 1.19/share.
I jumped in too early yesterday, but I don't buy these for day trades.

I don’t either. I’ll be buying in some today if it’s low gets to a certain point.

I’m also looking at kraken technologies.

You need to put down your flip phone, boomer. Tech is way better, you just don’t know how to use it.

The last advancement in technology was the iPhone and all it did was combine a shitty laptop with a phone and a camera

I could be very wrong, but it feels like the RGTI run is winding down.
Volume is lower than yesterday and I'm not sure we see a return to 7.15 today.

I may be able to keep my shares after all.

I bought in today so you’re welcome for the drop in share price. Is this a long term hold for you?

Ha. Long term yes.
If Quantum is the future then I think Rigetti has a good shot of being in the middle of it.
There's a chance that they won't, which is why I bought 1,000 shares instead of 10,000.

2 Quantum Computing Stocks to Watch, 1 to Shun
quote:

It’s quite obvious that investors would like to make the most of the growing quantum computing trend. However, since quantum computing is a complex topic and nobody is quite sure about its long-term impact, placing bets on stocks from this space is challenging. Therefore, we have highlighted two stocks that deserve special attention and one you should avoid at any cost –

The two quantum computing stocks to watch closely are D-Wave and Rigetti Computing. D-Wave’s quantum annealing systems excel at optimizing various real-world applications like drug discovery, logistics, network performance and resource apportionment.

NTT DOCOMO, the largest mobile operator in Japan, plans to use D-Wave's technology to reduce network congestion and lower equipment expenses. Several investment firms have also acknowledged D-Wave’s progress in the second half of this year as the company increased its expenditures on research and development (R&D). The company’s expected earnings growth for the current and next year is 31.7% and 7.3%, respectively.

Rigetti Computing, on the other hand, is believed to be the NVIDIA Corporation of quantum computing. This is because the company focuses on the infrastructure side by manufacturing quantum computers and their essential hardware.

Rigetti Computing’s Quantum Cloud Services platform aimed at providing clients remote access to quantum processors through the cloud should result in huge cost savings and a better customer experience.

Rigetti Computing’s initiatives to develop new chip methodologies also bode well in the long run. RGTI, anyhow, has a strong cash position, a prerequisite for R&D. The company’s expected earnings growth for the current and next year is 31.7% and 7.3%, respectively.

However, one should avoid investing in IonQ, a quantum computing stock. Even though the company is solving issues with quantum computers and aims to expand by providing services to AWS and Google Cloud, its current valuations are high and require caution.

IonQ’s market capitalization exceeds $6 billion, leading to a high price-to-sales ratio of 170. This makes it hard for the company to generate returns for its stakeholders. The company’s expected earnings growth for the current and next year is a negative 10.3% and 33.7%, respectively.
