What is crazy is I had the hardest time finding a spot for my moto-trailer. This new spot opened up north of McKinney and I jumped on it. Dude who owned it said that after my spot, he had 2 left and has been fully open less than a month.
With the suburbs, HOA's, etc it does seems like there isn't enough of these storage places
