Honestly, when I get in my car and drive, it's pretty depressing. Just eerie.

Agreed. I’m a farmer and we’re doing field work, spraying, getting ready to plant, etc. It’s busy as hell all day and when I come back into town, there‘s like 10% of the normal traffic.

Absolutely insane that this isn't already baked into the pie.

Do investors not read articles?

It's more that investors read the same article and draw different conclusions

For example, everyone "knows" earnings will be bad. No one knows how bad or long term ramifications

What is baked into the market are a bunch of guesses of people who don't know what will happen. That's why the spreads are so damn massive right now

I bought AVAV Premarket two days ago at 49.70 and so far it’s been steady.

This is probably a dumb question. Is all of the insider stock purchases of PK this month a good thing? It seems like it should be but I could be missing something.

What a shitty time to have cheap gas prices

I see where you would be fooled by this, but I would argue you are wrong. Normally when gas is cheap, people go drive or fly places. That’s not happening. Gas being cheap is a function of two things, supply going crazy due to OPEC and demand getting crushed. Demand is the problem. Nobody is doing anything. So yeah, congrats on your low gas prices....going to be awesome when you have to fill up again mid-April.

It will be interesting to see what happens. Say things turn around quickly with COVID-19, the earnings reports will still be bad. Is that already baked into the current prices or will there be more panic?
It's baked to the best of markets current knowledge. It's going to be a lot of "holy shite, things are really bad" and "wow, that's not bad at all." when numbers are actually released. not much in between. Going to be pretty volatile (even more than it usually is) during Q1 earnings season
