I tendered all my shares via vanguard and TD. That's 60,000 shares out of circulation. I am happy with the offer. Pigs get fed and Hogs get slaughtered. I would follow the advice of the board. If we don't get to 50%, then I'm not sure what would happen. The recommendation basically stated they don't really have enough money to finance this thing to where it needs to be.

Look under "corporate actions" in your account. It should be there. Or just call your broker and they can do it for you.

question about the tender. Did you have to be a shareholder at the time of the offer? I just decided I would tender mine today on Vanguard (it was easy), but could someone buy more now and still select the tender option before the Feb deadline?

I have seen no reason why not. I think the only risk is that the deal doesn't go through and you are stuck with some shares at a high $/share. I was able to tender shares that I purchased after the offer. Just FYI.

I don't have etrade, but there should definitely be a corporate actions option somewhere in your account. Maybe use the search function to find it. Or just call them up.
