Oooook, I finally logged into Fidelity using the desktop version and see the letter everyone is talking about.
Note to everyone: the Fidelity mobile app kinda sux and doesn't show your messages. Either that or I'm not smart enough to find them.
Anyway, for what little I have in PQEFF, I think I'm going to hold and see what happens. My cost share is $0.20 and I don't have enough to justify cashing out. I'd rather take a swing and see if it goes beyond their asking price.

Alright, what's going on with this. Keeps creeping up. Why hasn't PQEFF issued guidance on tendering shares. This is getting ridiculous.

What is PQEFF doing to increase the value of their stock to get it higher than $0.58?
Shouldn't they be attempting to increase shareholder value?
How will diluting the stock accomplish this goal?
Does their management team know how to do this?
I plan to take to $.58
Can they get the stock to $1 within 5 years?
If not, why wouldn't someone take the money now?

Management is incompetent
Steady rise from .12 to .22. I still plan to tender but I will sell if price is right. I don't have faith that the BO will happen. I've been waiting for the Haywood report, hoping for a bump , then selling.

I'll wait until about third week in January to tender. If it gets to .30 before then, I'll sell half and trailing stop the other half

This should get us to .30-.40 rather quickly. I'm surprised by the BOD recommendation. My sell price is going up but will still sell when momentum slows.
