Payroll Companies

What company do you use to process your payroll? Do they have a mobile app for employees?
We are already currently 100% direct deposit. So, I am not looking to make a change so my employees can see their checks remotely and be able to get away from the paper check stubs. Would prefer a company that uses an app instead of just an online service.
Current provider has online service, and most employees complain because their only computer is their phone and the mobile site is pretty shitty.

For the previous companies I worked for, we used Netchex and ADP. Current company uses Insperity but we use it for more than just payroll. Has a mobile app and all of our benefits, PTO requests, company directory, and paychecks in it.

I liked ADP. Wish my current company used it.

Insperity
More of an outsourced HR solution as opposed to just a payroll processor. They do good work but they are not cheap (but cheaper than hiring a full time HR person).

We use a company out of Lafayette called Total HR Solutions.
I rarely use the app but it has my stubs and W2s in there.

Crescent Payroll out of New Orleans is good.

How so? Do they handle Indoctrination & termination paperwork? Do they operate as a broker for our Insurance portfolio?
Right now, only need a payroll processor; but not opposed to a group that could do more.

Check out Capital City Payroll (Baton Rouge company). Their "sweet spot" is companies that have less than 50 employees.
Another local and more robust option is Netchex to consider.
Both companies are accountable. When you deal with ADP and you have an issue, you're dealing with a call center.

I've worked with many over the years and the truth is, they are all about the same. They will all make mistakes and it really depends on how good your rep is in getting a solution.
