So it's not just me?
I think you have a wise approach to the SPAC's. Sit back and wait for the ones you like to fall back to around $10 or even below later, then buy. You may miss some, but you have de-risked your initial investment. Potential huge upside with limited downside. I'm starting to think you might be a pretty smart guy.

Someone just picked up about 400K shares and broke through the $7.50 resistance, hopefully a very good sign going into earnings...

Really hoping to buy into this tomorrow. Hopefully it doesn't climb tooooo high today.

I'm ready. After sitting on my hands for 3 months, dove in yesterday. The more I read, the more I like. Wish I would've started accumulating when you first posted.

Take a look at ASTS… only appropriate for a small position given the extreme risk, but if their tech proves out it’s a 50+ bagger.
Will be adding. And RDW. Watching NVVE.

And RDW
You sure about that one? Seems like a potentially risky play.

All my stocks today are green I’ve been taking profits and moving them to ORGN. It just passed SLI as my largest holding im really gambling on big news and a nice jump tomorrow

I'm not sure about any of them.
I think space is the next big market. I plan on sprinkling some dollars around on some of these and if a few take and flower, then it'll all be good. I'm still doing my DD on it and ASTS. I just throw what I can afford to lose on it and go. Now if ASTS shoots up before the March launch, I'd have to decided to let it ride or take some profit+original investment. If tech works as they hope, it's a 50 or maybe 100 bagger.
I do own boring stocks like Tesla, WMT, BAC etc.
My speculative stocks are where the fun is though.
I look at it as playing in a casino where you actually have a chance to win. Plus, you get to pick the game and the rules to some degree.

I bought 250 shares Friday, kind of wish I'd put in more

In many ways RDW is one of the lowest risk space plays out there. It one of the highest revenues of any space stock out there, so is a far cry from a lot of other pre-revenue space SPAC stocks. It's a "picks and shovels" play on space infrastructure being needed going forward and that is going to happen big time. They are just learning how to be a public company though and had an accounting snafu that led to delayed earnings report, causing the selloff you saw yesterday.
Another key risk of RDW is the valuation. It's a conglomeration of many different smaller companies, with the total as a public company being valued 3-4x what RDW paid for all the pieces. Do you believe in that level of premium for a total versus sum of the parts and public vs private? We'll find out....

LINK
Above is the link to the earning report (call is at 5pm eatern). Offtake agreements increased to $4.2B (compared to $3.5B in August), capex and timeline on Origin 1 and 2 plants relatively unchanged from prior expectations.
Edited to add: Up to $7.90ish after hours currently. Hoping for many analysts upgrades to hit tomorrow morning.

would not be surprised to see this back in the $7.30ish range tomorrow as some momo traders might exit their positions that were hoping for a one day swing.
Then I be adding again. shite, I got nothing but free time to watch it like a hawk for the time being.
Was going to edit the I be adding to I'll, but I like the gangster sound of it.
Am I the only one that looks at the symbol and thinks "stolen kidneys"?

lol. Come on give the man a break. He's in on ORGN much earlier in the show than SLI.

And down it goes.
Will you buy one share of Tesla in am? I would love to add to my position at less than $900/share, but I'll settle for $965.77
