I overheard some 15 year old kids saying they wanted bitcoin for their birthday. If that is not a sign of a bubble, I don't know what is.

On the topic of bitcoin, has Wiki been given an apology yet? Half of this board made fun of him daily and ultimately drove him to quit posting.

Quite the contrary. The amount of parent's money these millennial kids funnel into apps is insane. Could be the takeoff..

i tried to explain how kids see these currencies monday in the thread on the OT about BTC

they created a complete black market of gambling and shite using Counter-Strike skins as the currency

they are fully adept and adopted to using "fake" money
