He sold his ETH at a high price for USDT. Then used the USDT to buy back at the lower price.
Your initial deposit into Polo has to be either ETH or BTC.

To transfer to Gemini I just send ETH to Blockfolio by copying the device ID from blockfolio and put that in the send portion on CB?
