Same here. Holding eth, trading alts. My portfolio hit 55% today. My wife is actually interested now that she's seen the dollar signs. Asking me how different cryptos are doing

Ha, that will NEVER happen on my end. She throws her 15% in her 401k target fund and that's about the extent of her interest in financials.

I got excited when I saw that ETH was 277 USDT on Polo and 277 USD, the same on CB/GDAX. It took a second to realize that the USDTether has dropped to $1.00 rather than the $1.05 I was thinking it was.

I just realized I have a little over 10 BTC in my blockchain app from when I withdrew from a sports betting site (that's how they pay out).
At the time (around Thanksgiving) each bitcoin was about $750 and I sold my profit on coinbase (2 or 3 BTC) from betting last CFB season, but my plan was to leave the principle in there to bet with this season.
I wasn't very aware of BTC back then so I guess in my mind I thought whatever the dollar value was when I got paid out would just sit in blockchain. Just occurred to me today when I was checking ETH prices that I may have some BTC too that's gone up.
Bought 20 ETH last week at 221 that I plan on holding. What do you all suggest I do with the 10 BTC? I was thinking convert some to ETH, cash some out, etc. but wondering advice on the best way to divide it up.

I am happy and holding and sitting. To the person with 12k to invest, the 2k is fine in cryprto, but I would not do much more than another k or so.

I'm hoping that the fact that 24 hours ago it had a big dip will make it look like it is rallying on the 24 hour change ticker. If it holds steady or moves up a little, it will go from 20% down to 10% down on the ticker over the next hour.
