Cardano summit is coming next week and there are teams saying they’ve figured out how to get around the concurrency issue so I’d at least HODL a little longer

They wont. People are greedy and the XXXXX gains are they for the taking with how bad people FOMO into things.
It will be worse until the SEC actually stops the Instagram and youtube pumpers, but I doubt that will ever happen.
I think for the whole of crypto, we are better off living with it rather than inviting in regulation, but I think regulation will keep trying to work its way in.

I knew nothing would happen at ADA smart contract launch.. I didn't sell any. when the DEXs go live and everyone realizes the ability to use their staked ADA

I don't believe you still be able to use your staked ADA anywhere without undelegating it. To my understanding, delegated ADA won't interact with smart contracts.

Well. I use CB to onramp fiat, and I send most of the crypto to my wallets.. so they going to know of my wallet addresses of they hunt me down.
