I've read they are trying to walk that back. It's become a hindrance to getting listed on many exchanges or something like that.

Yea they were a security and then since jan 2021 they filed not to be treated as one anymore? So I'm assuming they are "legit" still?

Wether you like the guy or not, most will agree that he is very intelligent and knowledgeable about crypto. If you follow him for even a short amount of time you will see that he owns up to his faults, and of course, brags about his accomplishments.
4 or so months ago talking crypto was like speaking Chinese’s to me. After following Richard I have learned more about crypto than probably 90% of the population.
Do your own research, do your own DD. Don’t get put off of a very successful project or investment by the words of others on a message board or some hardly known website.

I can’t wrap my head around the hex pulse sacrifice and how that isnt sketchy as frick.

Damn rocket, this is why you rub people the wrong way and people get angry with you. You couldn’t just watch the damn video before making a comment that you think Richard is crafty so he probably got around it. Got around what exactly? Watch the video man. Watch multiple videos of him. He answers every damn question asked of him except one.
And that is who controls the origin address. It’s like some dimocrat question where everyone wants to know how much money you make. It’s not anyone’s business.
I don’t have a problem with you. I like to see both sides of an argument. It’s just I can see why unnecessary conflict comes up after you post. I do believe you are smarter than that though.

Hex is the worlds first crypto CD, same fundamentals you would do at a bank.
