ADA has the same time scale issues as ETH. Shits hard to do and takes a long time, but people are excited so the leaders make big bold proclamations so people stay interested.

I am not sure what that link has to do with what I said...

There is zero comparison to ADA's delays and ETH 2.0 delays IMO. All major projects have delays, but ETH's delays are legendary at this point.

Yea it’s a debit

You can pay with your crypto. No fees if you use USD in your Coinbase account . Earn up to 4% back in rewards whenever you make a purchase.

Actually what a joke. You get 1% back in BTC and 4% back in XLM

This eth bull pressure is propping up the entire market.

You can tell that it’s artificial, at least for the moment, because btc keeps reflecting down from 35k.

ETA: I’d also like to point out that, looking at the MACD moving average, we have been in a 2-week cycle. That is to say, 2 weeks of general up then 2 weeks of general down. Last 2 weeks have been general “up” pressure.

Volume insanely low again. I keep getting emails from exchanges trying to convince me to buy

I wonder why.

Except for those pesky short term gains taxes every time you use it.

That has been lurking about for awhile and is a legitimate concern. It doesn’t take a lot of btc to be put on the market to cause significant movement.

Sure, I think it's keeping some people on the sidelines until the 13th though. Was commenting in reference to the low volume.

people that bought into the Grayscale Bitcoin trust back in January are about to be able to sell their shares, if they want to. There is a six month window in which your funds are frozen and that window is about to come to an end in a week.

It’s about the same price as it was in January so maybe they will hold on to it

Sentiment has changed. There is a lot of btc locked up, if just 5% if investors decide to sell, it’ll be a big deal.

They can’t sell the BTC, only the GBTC shares. Why would that affect bitcoin price in a significant way? It would more so affect the GBTC premium.

There seems to be a lot of uncertainty which way it goes. This article goes over several scenarios. Shocker, but it's anywhere from bullish to bearish news. Could go up. Could go down.
