Blockchain will absolutely be used for everyday transactions.

We have not yet reached final form!

Also, with DeFi, I can send money to myself and friends 10X faster than transferring from a bank. If you get involved and use it, you would realize the potential and how outdated banks are.

You can use Venmo and Cashapp for that, though. Not to mention paypal cash, and debit cards directly in some situations. What percentage of the Western world's transactions are people sending money to their friends and family? 1% of 1% of 1%?

Again, if your not using DeFi then it would take some time to tell you how much more DeFi does than Venmo, PayPal, etc.

My comment about sending to myself or friends was to illustrate the speed of the technology etc. Not necessarily the single function.

DeFi is amazing. I don’t have the attention span to type it all out on my phone lol.

Agreed, I think he just wanted to call out the ones that use fossil fuels. Not the total energy it uses.

that only effects ethereum or that's how it's marketed. there could be a completely different profitable coin after EIP-1559.

alright thanks

guess you can even get a little spread there if you put enough limit orders under $1 ?

seems like a decent idea to at least offset GAS fees

I’m not understanding your question. Take a look at whattomine.com. Select your GPUs and calculate. The coin beneath Ethereum and NiceHash-Ethereum will probably be your next coin. Might be ETC. Might be RVN.

I’m seeing a falling wedge forming on the 7 day btc chart. If bears don’t force a breakthrough of 42k support soon, I expect a reversal at least in the short term

really is no need for a “digital” currency anyway, as all currencies nowadays are mostly transacted digitally.

Good point, it only takes 2-3 business days to transfer my money right now.
