The issue I’m having is each btc bullrun is less impressive than the last.

Still good gains but I’m wondering if there’s more money to be made elsewhere next go around.

I think if the btc peak this cycle is indeed a disappointing 65k, you have to really think hard about where things are going next cycle.

What’s the realistic low going forward for BTC from here? 20k? That would be the day.

Inflation starts ramping up and who knows? Murphy USA's bitcoin machines are outproducing their ATM's. It's all very interesting. I just wonder how the central banks are gonna frick all the cryptos and steal people's wealth like they have for hundreds of years.

yea I'm not sure if bitcoin is risky enough as strange as that might sound and institutions aren't apeing into it, at least not yet.

so retail generally isn't interested because riskier shitcoins are more attractive and seemingly institutions aren't either, possibly because of the ESG meme.

without a catalyst, or a narrative change, it's hard to be overly bullish and altcoins are just a side show because the market ebbs and flows with the momentum of Bitcoin

In some ways it’s interesting because as bitcoin gets figured out and unimpressive, that means the race is on to find the next big thing.

Btc losing attraction as the primary speculative asset was a requisite for any sort of flippening to even be remotely considered.

Chill, it was a made up scenario that the guy was pointing out.

There will always be more money to be made in something other than bitcoin. Have to pick the right one and factor if the additional risk is worth it. Me personally, I prefer the safer "sure thing" that will outperform pretty much any non crypto investment which is Bitcoin. The alts are just too risky for me to throw the amount of money I'm throwing into bitcoin. Some play money is fine, but I'd never consider throwing my main stack at something other than BTC.

Feels like the sell pressure is losing a little momentum

CryptosRUs seems to have a theory that there is some whalish games going on where people are trying to find the max pain price between the longs and the shorts as we enter options expiry. 54k was that price target during the last options expiry and it was pretty close and 44k is the target this time.

Just thought it was an interesting theory

Where is the money to be made next go around? I need to start stacking more when the dust settles.

Btc and eth are going to be the only “sure”things.

The big question is it even worth putting a bunch of money into btc with the diminishing returns each cycle.

We will know more by the end of the year. I need to analyze some curves from the last few cycles and do math

Seems like everyone has decided to sleep on Link again. I think triple digits is inevitable so what would be a safer play for those returns:

BTC to 120k
Eth to $9k
Or Link to $120

My money stays with Link as the safe play

We can speculate and analyze charts all we want, but at the end of the day, we all know the biggest winner will be the one Elon Musk declares the winner. Could be arse coin, who knows?

Holy hell, the transaction and conversion costs with Ethereum "gas prices" are kind of a buzzkill.

I just lowballed a small gas fee and I'm not sure it is going to go through.
