i am sure hes working on some type of solar powered powerwall/battery with a built in asic for mining

since he claims hes still hodling, im guessing he wants to be a leader in "green bitcoin" narrative

regardless, id prefer if he just completely left the scene, but if we read his tweet, he obviously has his eyes on some other crypto. so his drama isnt ending anytime soon

I think I’d prefer him out of the crypto space as well. He has too much sway.

A 2020 study by the CCAF shows that 39% of PoW mining energy in 2019 came from hydropower, wind, solar and other renewable energy sources. Moreover, 76% of miners used renewable sources as part of their energy mix.

I think this is where that stat is coming from. Not sure if it’s been updated.

The whole market is now trying to figure this out now.

Wonder what cryptos use < 1% of BTC's energy per transaction?

Such oddly specific wording.

ADA already has the memes ready on twitter and Cardano was even trending.

the memes will win so just throw fundamentals and vaporware and cringey founders out the door because it doesnt matter

If it's a trade at this point you really don't need to understand what it is. But I would understand the pivot points below:

Pivot Point 3rd Level Resistance 47.4587
Pivot Point 2nd Level Resistance 44.9793
Pivot Point 1st Resistance Point 42.1957
39.7163 Pivot Point
Pivot Point 1st Support Point 36.9327
Pivot Point 2nd Support Point 34.4533
Pivot Point 3rd Support Point 31.6697

altho he may throw wrenches from time to time, hes a net positive for the space long term. doge and btc both up from before he started pumping/adopting (not that he controls that entirely but he contributes). the 10-15% drop shouldn't really mess with long term holders, we've seen much worse.

getting more people aware of crypto is beneficial even if to a 'perceived problem'. now there's a framework that energy efficiency is the primary problem with the crypto space, which is an addressable/solvable issue. it supports the viability of the space in the future and gives opportunities to innovate in the space as well.

What are y’all’s thoughts on Chia? I’m seeing some talk about movement to Chia out of Bitcoin with governments trying to push Bitcoin being bad. Seems like that narrative has gotten some serious push now with Elon tweet

so in my eyes begging for engagement from Elon is pathetic...like why would you need to do that from an official ADA account if you're project is legitimate on its own?

but people eat that shite up.
