yea I used hold BNB, sold it for random shite a while back and even more recently for stuff like XTZ and HYDRA which have done roughly equivalent from the time I traded in/out of those so I only feel bad about buying LINK with it rn. but this may yet change
I always considered it to be a great prospect just due to binance coin burns and value for reducing trading fees. A good coin with nice burns and/or staking have lower downside imo

Yeah I held bnb for years and sold at 30. Luckily I sold it for dot right when it came out so it isn’t a total fail but bnb is a different monster right now

binance is a monster beyond just the BNB coin, too
it has to be one of the biggest growing companies in only 4-5 years time
