Same friend that told me to buy Stratis says he expects it to be over 10 by August. I'll probably invest a little once I have some ETH in my account to transfer and trade on polo.

Not at all. There are a lot of people here who have well more than that. I'd imagine plenty would like an idea on where to be able to trade large sums at once. Coinbase limits you at $15k hence the question.
