Really? This entire market is built on speculation. There's no product yet. The news of trading has much larger effects on the market than the actually opening of new trading markets.

I'm about there as well. That's the most I could get away with without wreaking too much havoc with the wife.

I'd probably go in for 200+ if we weren't about to buy land to build on.
Having said that, I really want leave alone as much as possible with the hope that it does blow up to a BTC level.
I haven't stretched to make the purchases I have so this is basically a bet to buy into something (average price of my shares is $94) and hope it blows up.

I'm not saying the entire market is not built on speculation. I'm saying the market will gain millions of traders soon and what happens is going to happen. Whether buy sell hold whatever. How can a price be built in when adding that many ppl to trade this? I feel like you're comparing it to NYSE with tax reform or whatever built in. That's speculation. This is opening up to a whole new market. shite I may be wrong. Who knows

The beauty and excitement of this stuff is that honestly no one knows. When those new exchanges open it could go down to 100 or up to 300, I know I'll be anxiously awaiting. I'm just buying and flipping it. I had 20 at 80 and sold around 170, then Friday bought 30 at 148 average. Hopefully when I get them this week I can sell for 185-190 and then I'll buy next dip. I am an avid stock guy but nothing is as exciting as this Eth has been so far.

I think the train of thought is that people have been on a buying binge with anticipation of the Chinese entering in a big way. If the anticipation outweighs the Chinese effect, there might be a sell off.

I sold a tiny fraction. It's not too smart to try to time the top. I have small sell orders all the way up to 225
