$200/ft. which is insane

That is insane. Great area, but man that's super expensive.

I was browsing a few Harveston houses that are on the market, noticed some in the $160/sqft range. Guess I undershot when I posted $150.

Very nice - digging those wood floors and the kitchen. It would be a tough decision to pay upwards of $400k for something that is less than 2,000 sqft though.

Enjoy getting broken into at least once a year. Have three friends that live in the Goodwood area and they have all been burglarized at least once. I do love that area though

Been in the area's I listed above for 4.5 years now...no issues so far except for my friend who left their car door unlocked and had some stuff stolen from it.

Well lit properties with alarm systems and loud dogs keep most of these petty people away.

Oh agreed. Just pointing out that it is one negative about that area.

My dad's address is 8909

They done with that road construction? I was in his driveway 2 weeks ago and a dump truck ran over his trash can and cracked the lid

Wife and I are looking to purchase in Audubon Square. Nice unique looking houses for this area, prices aren't too bad. The yards are small, but it's connected to a large park. Carriagewood Estates is also nice in that part of town.

I wouldn't have anything to do with anything Spinosa is involved with. At some point his shell game of moving money around hopping from development to development will be undone by him having to actually pay some of the people he owes money to.

Looked at all those areas as I'm downsizing. Some nice houses being built in The Preserve, but most wouldn't have been much of a downsize and I got sticker shock. Made me feel better about what I just listed my current house (that has all those upgrades) for. Location is what I wanted.

Yeah. Never talked to him but I've seen him outside before. Heck no they aren't finished. Me and my wife are just hoping they are done by Halloween. We have a 2 year old so she's excited about trick or treating this year. But yeah the road work has been a mess. Luckily we live in the front so we don't have too far to go to our driveway.

The small yards are a turn off for me

I have an acre and a half with a pool. I am done mowing grass and messing with the pool...small sounds great to me.
