$1billion equity offer. Good news is its only at 2-3%
Compared to CRWV which borrowed at 9%. This is a no brainer for nbis

Caused my 2nd buy to initiate premarket. I’ll take it.

If you haven’t been down at least 20% once with NBIS you’re not really playing.

ITDawg.. got any comments on this move?

I’ve done my DD. Just ran across this thread last week. I’ve made a fricking killing flipping TEM from 48-60 the last few months, This seems to be in the same AI bubble and follows it pretty well, laid out what my plan was and was just commenting about the people downvoting lol. I sure hope it goes down below 30 so I can double down at 28.68!

I don't really like this as a short term play for a company that already claimed to have a lot of capital, but could be very beneficial in the long term. Good rates and a lot of $ to be spent...
I am still very bullish on NBIS - almost bought more today but held off

Thanks. Didnt coreweave do the same with a lot more $ and a lot higher rates? Also are you hopeful that this upcoming june europe “tour” results in positives?

They did.
I’m most hopeful for September and October when they announce their first profitable quarter and guidance closer to $1B ARR.
I was thinking it would slowly go up over the next few months and then bust out toward the end of the year.
I’m long on this with around 1500 shares

It's nice to see it heading back the other way rather than flirting with that gap from $28-33.

Crazy watching CRWV the last few days and not thinking NBIS will be next when they all sell off of CRWV. Missed that boat….but at a 40% loss of profit, seemed so damn risky.
Almost looking at playing a short on CRWV at this price point….

It is entirely hype driven.
Trading at 14x forward revenue (5bn) while spending will exceed 20bn this year.

Had to dabble my toe back in NBIS. It looks poised for a breakout. Just needs a little more volume.

While I certainly enjoy NBIS and maintain a position, I have began deploying capital into acquiring more AVGO shares. Luckily, prior to the recent run up.
I had AI do a deep research on a avgo, and I liked what I read. I intend on doing a deep research on NBIS this evening.
I will share the results via email if anyone is interested, but I highly suspect the NBIS deep research will match what the twitter account that bb shares here says.
If you all don’t have chat gpt to perform DD on stocks, I suggest getting it

I appreciate the effort to share data, but I am dumb. Explain this to me like I am a 5th grader.
