If you believe that they can, you may have the biggest edge since buying apple in the mid 2000s.
The core business is currently trading at 1.55x 2026 ARR, and just 4.24x 2026 revenue
For reference, this is the P/S for ORCL, CSCO, and IBM based on 2026 revenue forecasts:
ORCL: 6.5x
CSCO: 4.7x
NBIS: 4.2x
IBM: 3.2x
YET, this is YoY growth estimates for 2025-26
Notice anything different about these companies?
If the market truly thought Nebius could do this, then core business would be at 10x forward rev 33bn + 10bn subsidiaries.
43bn market cap is $170 per share.
In other words, if Nebius was priced to perfection right now, it would be $170 per share. See analysts estimates......

The volatility will still be there because NBIS is still CRWVs little brother in the eyes of the lazy analysts. They assume the two companies do the same thing and are taking the same pathway to get to the same objective.
Watch out when NBIS has to take on debt to meet this year's lofty objectives. I hope that there will be good news on the profitability side to offset that, because the naysayers will not pay any attention to the fact that NBIS is only borrowing 40 cents on the dollar to pay for the 9 new data centers they are building (they currently have 7 already open).

Shouldn’t it be higher than this on that news

Still pre-market and the market has to wake up and digest the news. Expect some negativity, as well - out of control capex, CRWV Jr, circular investment, etc...
I would still expect this to go higher.

I guess nvdia did this with apld and crwv etc but this seems like a massive catalyst
