In order to keep moving up the corporate ladder, have been considering an advanced degree of some kind.
Is that necessary? Or perhaps adventitious down the road? Or will a college degree combined with work experience and an impressive resume suffice?

This is way too broad to answer. My only advice is to stop using the word advantitious.

Especially if the OP doesn’t know what it means.

Not trying to be a dick, but in senior management you'd better have good grammar and spelling because you'll be doing lots of presentations to people with more money than you.
You could even say it is advantageous.

It was late, I put in a 10 hour Monday and autocorrect got the best of me. Sue me.

You have to admit it was pretty ironic all things considered.

You’d be shocked how bad a lot of it is. Not exactly senior management but I know a director at a bank who has sent out some embarrassing emails. Now they could write coherently if they wanted to and they do but I’d say, 65% of the time, they don’t even care to capitalize.
