So, is when the market gets this hot the time to find protection? Not ready to exit. Still hoping for a China bump if negotiations bear fruit. VIX at a bottom has my attention.

Interested in hearing thoughts on how to play this market. I’ll likely jump into TVIX today as it hovers an all time low. I know this board has a negative opinion of this high risk instrument but i’ve Done well on bounces from the bottom. I suspect someone has an option strategy for this situation. I’d like to hear your thoughts.

Been debating a small 5% change in the stock/bond allocation but I still think there’s some room to run, at the very least until an actual cut occurs.

Not a war hawk but that $18.23 bet times 1000 is looking pretty good @ $19.99 right now. But, when do I fold? I think I'll ride it for a while.

Mexico ratified the USMCA today. I think we see Canada and then us ratifying it before China bends the knee.

When the USMCA is ratified the market is going to go nuts (although the China deal will do it too, I just think we see the USMCA before a deal with China).

I’m waiting until we hit the top to sell. Then once we hit bottom I will buy.

I like this plan. Mind if I use it?

USMCA is good stuff, but the China deal is the Big Deal if we get the ask. We will probably settle for half the ask. That will be enough to unleash the animal spirits once more.

I think today's pop may be more Fed easing than USMCA.

Too obvious. I think I'll play it the other way.
