Market Research Firms/websites for Salaries

Looking for a third party/firm (paid) that can provide comp data that I can use to back my pay increase request.
The publicly available data is good (payscale, glass door etc) but I also want a research firm that can provide the data.
Most of the ones that I've found online are catered to HR companies, not individuals.
So if you guys could refer me to a site you may have used in the past that can provide this service for a reasonable price, that would be great.
Ive got the accomplishments, skills, projects etc part down and would like to add this to my arsenal when I make my case.

It's way more important to learn your company's pay bands by role and position/experience. Depending on the size of your company, these pay bands are usually set and no amount of negotiating you do will change that.
If you understand how these are defined and how to help your manager make the case you belong in a different band, that will get your there faster than "I do good work, pay me more".

Used them as a HR company, but Gallagher Group may be able to help you or at least point you in a better direction

I get all that. I'm pretty well armed and have the backing of my manager and senior management.
I don't really need this, but I want it. Just trying to cover all the comebacks.

How big of a bump are you looking for?

Castor, I don’t think this would be worth the cost. With wage inflation past 6 months or so, anything older would be a poor comp for you, and I don’t know that the company will agree that it’s apples to apples anyway. I agree with the other poster that said to try using internal metrics where you can, like your grade range and midpoint salary.
And if you’re looking for a significant change, it’s probably best you ask for a promotion and the raise will accompany it, rather than just asking for a market adjustment type raise but then also tying it to personal performance. It’s hard to get a large salary market adjustment, it’s much easier to justify a performance boost raise and just compare to internal salaries

I think it mostly depends what area you’re in and whether you’re working register, fryers, prep etc

If your manager and senior management are on board, who is the person making the call on your raise?

You got me. After reading this:
I honestly thought you were actually going to give a legit answer. And then I read this:
and you are back at it again.
Never change!

Too many comments, not enough links the one link posted didn't have what I'm looking for as a category on the site.
I feel pretty good with what I have, so I'll roll with that I just like being thorough. But this isn't really needed.
We'll see how it goes.

Good luck, wish I knew more to help.

You keep saying this. Hope you didn't say this to anyone else.

Not sure what you mean by that.
What I'm saying is I was just trying to pad more ammo to bring with me. Not a must, but a want.
