Congrats to the classmates that finished ISDS exam 2! I just finished mine and this time ProctorU was smooth. I learned my lesson from Exam 1 and really read the questions carefully this time. There were several that sounded similar to some terms in the textbook but with a slight tweak. I agree that I wished there was a watercooler or discussion forum for students in ISDS, would make it more fun.

ISDS exam in the books. All will do fine. ProctorU went very smooth this time.

I just finished the ISDS test. Can you all see your grade? Unlike the first exam, I cannot view what I made on it.

You won’t be able to view grades until sometime tomorrow. Same as after Test 1, or that’s how it was for me anyway

Finished with the ISDS 705 exam. ProctorU ran real smooth for me.

Cin8 you got me worried now that i didn't read carefully enough lol. I cruised through the exam but it seemed like almost every questions came verbatim from the book.

ISDS done. Test went faster than the first and still verified every answer with the book. ProctorU took nearly 40 minutes to get me started. I'm going to be writing a novel in the class review about that service. What a joke for open book examinations.

ISDS 702 was great. 705 seems too cumbersome.

@Paul Allen and young moonlight: Was ISDS 702 the same teacher? Also, did you find it just as easy?

It's definitely not as easy but should be able to pull an A if you put in the work. Hayati taught the class when I took ISDS 702. It was just the information and the way he taught the material that made a lasting impression on me. One of my favorite classes I've taken so far.

Too bad he's not teaching it this round. :(

Anyone recall how soon we were able to see our grades for exam 1 in ISDS705? I'm anxious to see what how I did on this one.

dwjc 12 If I remember correctly we were able to see the test scores the next morning by 10am. Hopefully they're posted soon.

Lin was the professor. I thought he was great. The course was more interesting and challenging.

It wasn’t as difficult as ECON 705, but it was thought provoking and intriguing.

I’ve noticed a glaring difference on this thread as the program has expanded with the frequency of downvotes and opinionated students on here. It is a bit overwhelming.

Look back around 6-8 months ago and you’ll overtly and explicitly see the camaraderie and helpfulness in this very thread without the downvote criticism. Seems as though there’s a vitriol here as of late as more students enroll into the program.

I know which one I missed but can’t remember the wording on it. I had trouble finding a definite answer so that has to be the one. Oh well, two tests down and one to go!
