I have a feeling that news is going to send it plummeting. Just set a sale to drop me down to 1k shares in case the bottom falls out this am.

It just entered my mind that LVVV is literally competing for business with drug cartels. I can see why they would want to maintain a low profile.

.....and there it goes
down to .018
frick, and I just bought up some more yesterday at .020

Looks like smarter investors are running for the exits on this sad penny stock.

This has not aged well

LVVV will be fine. The uplisting is delayed. It will happen. Everything we’ve discussed in the past 70+ pages is still right on track. Coachella is up and running. Paso Robles got its permit. Next step is the state license there. The track has always been big things around late summer ‘19. What has changed? Go back to page 1 - it was always a year or two hold since last September. That has never been what this stock was about. People want immediate returns or a constant rising chart. If people invested solely for quick returns and what the chart does daily instead of the overall business plan, they invested for the wrong reasons.
The stock has gone up and down many times - it’s what penny stocks do. I’ve got $15K in and had the chance to cash out at 25% gains several times in January, and when I had half of that invested I had the chance to cash out at over 50% gains in October. And much bigger gains will be had by late summer.
ETA:...and my Vanguard target date fund is up 1% finally. Yay.

Seriously, why is everyone so down on LVVV.? Do people think none of the thousands of clones being grown in the first pod are not going to produce any revenue, or that first quarter financials showing revenue won’t move the share price? Do people think the 10,000+ sq. ft. nursery is not going to be built out now that they have the permit? Or that they won’t get the state license there? Do people think once all that is up and running the share price will still be .02? What’s the deal?

You boys have weak stomachs. I was able to grab another 120k shares while it's been down here.

That penny stocks are fraud breeding grounds
That they have now failed to clear a relatively simple hurdle along their path
That just 2 year ago they were in a different industry
That as soon as widespread legalization happens big tobacco and pharmaceutical companies will come along, crush them, then buy them for pennies on the dollar
ETA: all the typical pump and dump analysis doesn’t help either

I mean the fact that they couldn’t get their shite together to get the uplisting seems to be a bad mark. I can understand why people would jump ship at this point for small gains and move on. I’m down 25 percent since I bought this so I’m not overly happy but am looking at the big picture. I can see why others are down though. I think you also painted a much more rosy picture and were talking about big gains early this year with the permit and uplisting and neither have happened. You keep saying mid summer but you also pointed to early this year.
I bought because of my own research and am in it longer term but also can see why others are upset and jumping ship.

Well as long as it’s more than 3 pennies on the dollar then I’ll be a happy camper

The talk about early this year was just hope for a small spike like we saw in October. It would have been nice to make a few dollars then use them to buy more shares back on the dip, but that’s small stuff. It’s like being on the way to Flordia to frick an OT 10 and striking out with an IRL 4 in Alabama on the way there.
And the uplisting hasn’t failed - they had to correct some info and resubmit. It’s by no means dead.

I would hope anyone here who invested at least read enough of the info to know from the start that they were a start-up as a cannabis company - that’s why they are a penny stock.

This is failing. If you have to correct info and resubmit, it’s a fail. Whoever “Bill” is said in November that this thing would be uplisted in 3-4 weeks. Here we are in late/mid February and they have failed on their initial attempt at an uplisting

I would call it a delay, not a fail.
And you’re mainly listing reasons for people not to invest in a penny stock in the first place - not reasons for people who have invested to be down on the company.
ETA: And lest ye forget, would the legendary Jimmy Connors get involved with a pump and dump?
