How?

Jimmy Connors has a net worth of $12 million. Do you think he would sign as a spokesman/advisor without having his lawyers thoroughly check out the company? Especially when he is being paid in stock and gains nothing if the company isn’t successful?

A lot of "news" and nothing to back it up. Sounds like the classic penny stock pump and dumnp. I could easily be wrong but this doesn't seem like a company I would like to bet on.

Take a look at the products from their website.

Looks like fake images of products they are supposedly selling.

I’ve already bought products from the site.

The Sacred Biology CBD muscle rub actually works great.

What news isn’t backed up? I’ve seen copies of several of the permit applications that have been filed. I’ve seen video of the actual construction sites. I’ve seen video of the temporary nursery (pod). I’ve read Jimmy Connors’ tweet pumping the company after he signed his endorsment deal.

I find it very strange how the entire website talks about energy gummies/chews and then you click the "buy now" button and it brings you to a page that is only about CBD products.

Those CBD products aren't mentioned on any of the "What is Livewire" pages.

re: Let’s talk weed stocks in this thread
I just bought the energy chews a few weeks ago also. If you insist, I’ll post a photo of the energy chews and muscle rub I bought.

The CBD products are from Sacred Biology and Alpha Creations, both of which they are in the process of acquiring. They basically signed letters of intent that give them distribution rights worldwide (Alpha has products in over 200 stores already), and they have 1 year options to own the companies if certain conditions are met. The big money is going to come from their selling of clones to big cultivators, though that can’t happen until the state licensing is complete.

There are press releases available for all of the major moves I mentioned as well.

If you don’t like it, don’t buy their stock. I’m of the opinion that a simple tweet of “we got our state license” will at least double or triple the pps.

Appreciate the information. It's not about "not liking it" rather coming from a place of trying to understand their business model when the company website is pretty unclear.

This is literally the first paragraph on their website:

“LiveWire Ergogenics has established two independent research teams with world-renowned experts in their respective fields to pursue application of cannabinoid CBD, THC, terpenes and other cannabis derivatives to specific targeted medical ailments. In addition to these initial projects, LiveWire has begun development on topical creams for sports, skin ailments and cosmetics with various mixtures and graduating doses for the best results.”

I don’t think you’ll find big promotion of their energy chews because the company used to be strictly an energy chew company. They switched their primary focus into the cannabis industry.

ETA: My previous post and attitude should actually have been directed at goldberg, not you.

I don't know what you are referencing. When I click "What is LiveWire" I get:

quote:

What Is LiveWire

“LiveWire is changing the way energy supplements and functional ingredients are consumed.” Whether you’re an elite athlete or you just lead an active lifestyle, LiveWire Energy is perfect for you. We’ve included a lot of information about our product on these pages and we think, once you read it, you’ll understand the undeniable benefits of our potent little chews. On the "About Us" page:

quote:

As active people and energy drinkers we knew there had to be a better way... You know the weekday routine... a cup of coffee in the morning to get things going, choke down an energy shot mid-afternoon to get through the workday, and if it’s Friday, a can of energy drink right before going out to hit the town. Or the weekend routine...; same cup of coffee in the morning, and an energy drink right before doing a killer mountain bike ride or an intense workout. The problem is, you’ll go broke buying all those expensive shots and drinks; plus who wants a bloated belly full of carbonated sugar water right before a wicked 3-stage mounting bike climb? Try this: pop a Mint Chocolate chew in the morning to start the day, and then a Sour Apple in the afternoon. This combination provides the perfect sustained energy to sail through the workweek. And you won’t spend a fortune on drinks and shots anymore. We hear from our athletes how much they depend on LiveWire Energy to compete at their highest levels. Several triathletes have let us know that they don’t even think about competing without first popping a chew... Oh and carrying a few with them too. Fact:Our unique formula not only gives you big energy, but it also reduces muscle pain. By the way, it seems the ladies love ‘em just as much as the guys... we’ve heard you girls like to carry a pack of LiveWire in your purse at all times. Can’t beat that for convenience. You tell us about using LiveWire right before your kickboxing classes, your workouts, or just about anytime to perk-up throughout the day. It’s no mistake, we tried to come up with an energy product that would also appeal to women, and we’re glad to hear you love it. Oh, and we know you ladies especially like the fact that our chews are a much healthier choice... LiveWire Energy is very low in sugar, low in carbs, and low in calories. You get smooth clean energy. Why a Chew? A: Convenience Yeah, we know when looking for an energy boost most people choose either a hot cup of coffee, an energy drink, or a shot. Any of these choices provides a decent boost to your daily routine, but we believe there are many times when an energy drink just isn’t a great option and a LiveWire Energy chew is the much better choice Just imagine trying to carry a bulky energy drink when you’re snowboarding, biking, skiing, surfing, running or any other athletic activity... just not practical or convenient. Well, now you can carry your energy right in your hip pocket with LiveWire Energy. Each little chew gives you the powerful energy boost you need without the crash later. As a perfect alternative to sugary, carbonated energy drinks.

None of this mentions CBD. Am I looking at the wrong LiveWire website? I clicked the link another poster listed on this page of the thread.

Long term--maybe not very long--I see no future for these stocks. When weed is legal across America and anybody can grow it then it will commoditize very quickly.

A guy in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas could plant 500 acres and break the market rather quickly.

I don’t think it will ever get to the point where people can grow crops without a license.

And I think getting a license in most places will be like trying to get a casino license in Louisiana.

No offense but there are various examples out there that explain why this opinion is very short sighted and ignorant.

Yeah we can look at the tobacco plants in everyone's backyard to prove this....... oh ... wait

You will never be able to grow for as cheap and as good as the pro's. Never; many agriculture based industries prove this.

A couple updates on Livewire Ergogenics...

PR release on status of Paso Robles permit

12,500 sq. ft. building that will house "mother" plants at Paso Robles location...
Image: https://i.imgur.com/1k7NyJ4.jpg

10,000 sq. ft. insulated building that will house "clones"...
Image: https://i.imgur.com/cDGWRPy.jpg

Pod temporary nursery at Coachella location - can produce as many as 25,000 clones/month in a single pod...
Image: https://i.imgur.com/LdBodbd.jpg

Their Coachella site also has a 10-yr. lease.

ETA: If a single pod can crank out 25,000 clones/month, imagine the number that can be housed in the buildings shown above...

Yeah I just don’t see this one missing. I’ve only fooled with one other penny stock in my life and it tripled. I’m feeling reaaly good about this one. So many pieces in place. It’s going to be a wild ride over the next year or two.

As it begins to rise, $1, $5, etc. I'll keep raising my stop loss.
