So it's irrelevant that there will be share dilution, which will result in a reverse split causing some to lose their investment. Then repeat until someone with say $15k (hint hint Tigerrrdad) has lost his entire investment.

Obviously that was not the amount of IPO but they had that much toxic debt and splitting.
And look with LVVV - he has friendly lenders allowing him not to call it convertible debt, but anyone that knows Ira Gaines or the others knows that is being converted to equity and at a market discount. They are not lending at 10% for christs sake.
And Hodson, you think if this becomes real he wouldn't issue himself some massive equity.. you think he is doing it for sport? He has his PS for a reason. Again happens hundreds of times a year.
But again the ignorant who have been around microcaps wont see it until it is way way too late.

Yet you are pumping the "revenue" as being significant? By your own admission the books are cooked yet you believe the revenue is real? You quite literally are contradicting yourself.

Well you have one person that is straight up wrong attempting to still pump a worthless company. No matter how many times he has been proven to be wrong, he doubles down.
For whatever reason, he thinks tripling on a stock then losing it all that stock is still a winner. Since he likes to use gambling analogies, if you walk into a casino, sit at a slot machine (since he likes slots) with $800, an hour later you are up to $2400, you continue to sit there until the money runs out and do not have another pull, then leave; is that considered a "winning" night?
Oh and let's not forget. The revenue they reported is important because it shows the business is finally starting to move but the company will succeed despite the owner cooking the books. I can't figure out which one dad believes: Is the revenue signs this company has made the corner or are those numbers cooked like all the rest by Bill?

I went ahead and sold today. I can't imagine this going any higher than it is today. I ended up losing about $100, so definitely not my worst stock play ever.
