Some banker has some serious confidence in this to throw 45mil at this. This should help the stock moving forward

Don't be surprised if its down on the open. Lots of people don't understand this deal and think its a negative. Big investors will continue to try and push the price down so they can stock up before it takes off.

Pre-market does seem to be down, which I am fine with. If I can get more shares around the $2.15-$2.25 range, it is essentially free additional shares when I was expecting to get them around $2.50.

It had shown an extended hours in the 2.20s but now says 2.43
ETA: I got a partial fill at $2.14 for 100 shares.

Someone will not put in $45M @ 3.00/share if it's a risk. Buying all the shares I can currently is just setting up for the huge return come Oct. 17th.
