Having been through this before I predict we will be seeing people confusing a bull market with them being astute investors.

Of course, I've been anticipating a market pull back for the last 4,000 points on the Dow Jones, so what do I know?

I still can't believe someone picked RIOT thinking it's recent surge was more than temporary because they added "blockchain" to their name.

Watching the pundits on Fox Business the other day talking about how all indicators are for this market to keep running.

I told my wife that's the very reason I'm worried...Just because NO ONE seems worried!

That being said, I fully subscribe to the theory that it's about "time in the market" and not "timing the market"...So I'm buckled up and enjoying the ride while it last.

I'm only 15% cash now which is just about as low on cash as I've been in 20 years. So, if the market crashes, it's my fault.
The flip side of that is today was a +$18,000 day in my brokerage accounts so....

Same. Of course when it happens this will be my first correction, but I’m young and I’m up enough to where I’m down for whatever 20-40% drop there is. Then I’m ready to go crazy on all the stocks that are overvalued currently that I would love to own.

Yea I have killed it these past few weeks and these bitcoin speculators act like with stock investing we're praying for 3% growth or something.

Don’t kid yourself Stout. I’ve raked on Weed stocks and Crypto this year. Timing, I know, but you can’t get these kind of returns in the S&P even though these are great times for traditional stocks. Now, I just have to know when to bow out gracefully and get back to a “managed” risk portfolio.

I know. But it would be a stretch to think TSRO will drop by 50%, IMO. It's trading at $69.59/share as of yesterday.

It's hard to believe, but not impossible, that it will drop $30+/share.

Here's an update as of the close of trading 1/17/2018. After the poster's name is his overall performance since 1/1/18 then each of his picks with their YTD return shown to the right of the stock symbol.

If you see something that looks funky, let me know. I copied and pasted the YTD performance from each stock from the MorningStar website directly into my spreadsheet.
