Also government contracts = easy cheese
But FIFA could be a great accelerator...
11 large cities that are geographical ALL over the country.
The initial footprint in ATL can be duplicated and expanded.
Fantastic ARR opportunity.
I added a good bit more today.

quote:20% market penetration of 300,000 intersections translates to 180 million in ARR alone, excluding upfront revenues of 675m.
I like how OUST bundles the LiDAR with the AI there so they selling the whole system to DOT. Capital revenue plus operational revenue. The addressable market is likely way less than the 300k intersections but could see this covering a lot of city intersections
(This is roughly 1% of the global TAM by the way)
And here's the deal.
OUST is trading at less than 10x sales for ARR that would come from 20% traffic infrastructure.
Nothing is priced in yet, CEO stated that he wants 100% of this US intersection market, and they've begun grabbing it.
The best part - No one stands in their way.
We're not going to allow China to control our traffic (HSAI) and MVIS, AEVA, and others are largely focused on autonomous driving.
Imo, OUST has been exceedingly smart in their acquisitions and market selection, which is probably why they have a lot of cash and no debt.
Note - This total addressable market data is about 5 years old**

Nebius bull Daniel Koss is targeting $50 for OUST by year’s end.

It's way too early to tell, but it seems like the company is responsibly managed.

You're getting about 12.5% on January $60s.
Ok, I'll collect 12.5% now to sell at more than a double in 8.5 months...
(I'll wait until stock is closer to $29 to sell the CCs).

I added again today. Going to save any more adds for around $20. But I can keep going if it goes back to teens

BB, if you were looking into buying some calls between OUST, MRLN, and WLAC, can you give me a breakdown of what you think may give the best ROI? Intermediate dated 3-9 months out?
I understand I’m asking for financial advice. And I know that involves risk. Mostly just wanna know what your thoughts are on the three through 2026.

Yes. 86 shares and three more calls.
Paid 7.00 and 7.40 for the same one Jax mentioned.

Given that WLAC is still a spac, I couldn’t advise close dated options.
Given that the MRLN lock up period will be here soon, I’d probably steer clear.
However, I picked up MRLN again at 10.56 yesterday and today (Shares).
I like it. I feel good about owning the company. Not options (yet).
Out of all three, I like OUST $30 Jan 2027s as I own 5.
Sold WLAC contracts today to buy OUST…
Watch out for earnings next week, but damn the chart looks primed!

OUST is my smallest position of the three. I have never sold covered calls before so that makes me anxious. Do you recommend somewhat short dated calls so that way your shares aren’t tied up for too long in case they do get exercised?
I’m a small fish. So I’m talking 100-200 shares of these stocks each. So I doubt I could even make much premium off of them.
