What are some good LOW COST index funds for 2021? I know of FNILX. Anymore that I should keep an eye out on? Thanks.

there are literally dozens if not hundreds. what space/industry are you looking to get into?
overall market? VTSMX
Large/Mid/Small cap?
Overall international?
International emerging markets?
S&P 500?
S&P 500 value?
one that specifically tracks the russell, dow, nasdaq or other index?
if you google one of these areas and add "index fund" you'll get a list of vanguard, fidelity & other funds where you can then check the expense ratio and compare between them. google allows fund comparison now, just click "compare" and add another one. you'll see a vanguard and fidelity fund in the same space will have very similar expenses(both low cost) and track pretty much the same on a chart.

Under the $30 mark would be ideal since I'm new to this.

Vanguard Total Stock Market Index.

Most Index funds have a minimum amount to get into the fund. Once in there is no minimum after. FOr example: VTSAX is minimum $3000 initial investment. After that you can invest as little as you want each purchase.
I don't beleive you are getting into Franklin or Vanguard funds for $30 at a time

Don't think about the share price. Think about the growth prospects... because at the end of the day 10% growth is 10% growth on your investment.

TD Ameritrade will waive or significantly reduce the minimum purchase amount if you are adding to traditional or Roth IRA.
For under $30, the only one I'm in is VWINX.
