Fidelity is a private company and not a bank. They don’t give a crap about the politics. No issues with buying today.

iirc it took a few days and then if you don't have a linked bank, may take a few days again
yesterday i thought about putting my poker roll (in a chase account) into my CS account to roll the dice but figured there would be blowback and manipulation the other way
