Plenty of legal hustles out there

One of my guys does this. He buys wrecked motorcycles, parts them out, and sells the parts on eBay. He makes pretty good money doing that. His uncle also owns a body shop.I'm assuming what he gets are towed cars that never get claimed. For example, He buys junker cars for $2500 and sells them for $3000-3200. He hustles pretty hard, but likes doing it and having all of that tax free money.

Your enthusiasm over the sweet deal you got on your toaster oven, in a thread where I presume OP is going to turn to selling drugs to double his 5 stacks, has really got me giggling.

I'm all for knowing how to double $5k in a way that won't turn my moral compass upside down. On the other hand, I love a cheap deal.

Hey man, a penny saved is a penny earned. Keep finding deals on small appliances and you'll earn $5k in no time.

Problem is that is a LOT of work. If you add up all that time then he could certainly find something that would make him more per unit/time.

If you want to work a little bit, you can make money selling firewood. Lots of people give timber away free (fall during a hurricane, in their yard, ect).

Cut it up, split it, season it and sell it. Finding a buyer is honestly the hardest part

i buy and sell cars and double my money every time or even triple.

i pay 800-1200 for a honda that needs a motor or transmission and pay my friend to install which is between 2-400

im doing one right now and have about 1400 into the car and have a buyer for 3200. i didnt even put it on craigslist. if i did that i would get 3800-4k all day. i advertise in laffy nola and lake charles. its works every time.

now i need 50bux pay paled to me thanks.

How old of a honda?

How much do transmissions cost you? How do you know they will work?

Does your friend do that because it's repeat business?

i only deal in 98 and up.

a trans can cost anywhere between 3-600.
its best to buy a car that needs a motor its always cheaper. a motor can sell for 200-400 and you get a 30-60 day warranty from the seller. all the motors or trans are pulled from wrecked cars.

and hes my friend so i get a friend discount. plus he does the same thing but he buys cars from a auction.

he just bought a 04 g35 4 door for 1400. it hit a ditch so he bought another g35 for 1300 and put the parts into the first car. now hes asking $5,500 for the car.

if your serious i can put you in the game for a small fee$ or become a partner.

A stock heavy portfolio will most likely return more than alternatives, however, there can be downturns. Depending on your age, most people should be between 50% and 90% stocks in their asset allocation.

Woah, not sure I would ever recommend anyone having 90% of their portfolio in stocks. I get nervous when mine gets to 75%, and I only get that high when the market has really tanked.
