How should I invest $1k?

I have a pension, max my Roth, and have a 6 month emergency fund already in place. Looking at taking some risks with $1k.

Risky: follow all the WSB / twitter calls (basically all the ones listed above); ride options on that momo / short squeeze a few days, then cash out, baby. Safe: wait till this bubble pops and buy $1000 of SPY.
