I jumped ship back at $50, but have been passively paying attention…
So when is this thing going to the moon? Have someone in office with close to 500 shares who I told to sell off half when trended down below 50 and they said “nope, to the moon”… They are getting more and more frustrated every day this thing hangs in the mid-30’s. They know 0 about the market and only bought because their brother told them to.

I haven't checked Reddit but has the fanfare died down or are they still apes?

This trend has to be a little worrisome for the apes. I said last week that the trend since June 2nd or whatever has been lower lows and lower highs on the bounces. The most recent low is $31.15 and the low close was $33.43. That low close could be in jeopardy today.

I did a quick browse the other day and they still appear to be on it. Manufacturing indicators of an imminent squeeze when there are none, hedge funds are still cheating and gaming the system, it's a battle they will still win, etc. The standard stuff.
I saw some post noting that there are 6 or 7 billion shares out there, but didn't have the patience to actually read the ridiculous assumptions and math used.

Checked the GME focused sub this morning, and they think that Bill Gates' divorce being finalized is the catalyst that will finally prompt the MOASS

There was also some legitimate debate as to whether Gamestop could acquire or takeover Microsoft, which is hilarious.

I pulled 3/4 and sacrificed it to pulsechain. Black rock will never let us win, they own almost everyone involved.

I love that BlackRock has become this massive villain because of all of their passive assets under management. You can always tell someone who knows just enough to be dangerous when they start talking about BlackRock in such a way.

They are all in it together. If people don’t understand that then they don’t understand how the world works and the role money plays.
Then you add the love of said money and everything that comes with it. Greed, power, etc and so forth.
Those folks, black rock, citadels, vanguards run the world. They call the shots, along with our Chinese pals.
There is no way to win, but I will continue to hold and buy at my magic number 28.50.
Only because I like the stock and want my kids to have my shares when I pass. Either my biggest frick up, or my biggest win. I’m at peace with either lesson
ETA: never forget 2008 and of course, Epstein was a hedgie. What’s that old adage? Birds of a feather.... flock together? Food for thought. Glta

So millions of people are making trillions of dollars in the stock market, but you've chosen to throw your money into the one stock where there's "no way to win"?
Expensive lesson to teach your kids when you could instead just tell them to diversify and research fundamentals.

AMC heading to bankruptcy once they can no longer use their shareholders as a bank
Posted on 8/3/21 at 8:56 pm to UltimaParadox
At this point with all the money they have got from the stupids AMC might be buying the studios and not the other way around

Uh take a look at the balance sheet, AMC still massively in debt. Basically quadruple what they raised through dilution and they used that to keep the lights on. AMC still be forced to dilute within a few years or be forced to restructure through bankruptcy.
Considering their credit is rated as junk... Not borrowing by traditional means
Posted on 8/4/21 at 11:01 am to UltimaParadox
I'm out @31. Sold everything except 65 of my long term shares. I'll let that go to zero. Been a good run, I'll start swinging some shares again after a break from AMC.

I'm seeing just over $30. If someone is willing to buy at $9,800 per, you should really be all over that.
