And when that goes away, move to data that cannot be shared or proven to be accurate/true. And while it cannot be proven, this guy somehow knows it to be true.
Glad to see you have so much faith in the honesty of a system that has huge, beneficial advantages for multi-billion dollar institutions.

I don't know for sure. I would guess because there are really large blocks being traded, which is what dark pools are for.
And here's the other thing, even if any of these shenanigans, loopholes, etc that you're claiming are there, they would be there for every company and every stock. So AMC is not unique in any of this.

Because they probably think this is a $5 stock and if they wait out the popularity they’re going to make money.
It’s no different than asking you why you didn’t sell at $72 - you think it’s going much higher. They think it’s going to eventually go much lower. Some were - inexplicably IMO - caught off guard and over leveraged in the early June run up, and those folks pretty clearly covered based on shares on loan data. New shorts have been initiated since then, and many of those are probably profitable now.
It’s not a static situation. Stuff changes. My point is that disregarding those changes when they go against you makes you look like a fool (not you specifically). It would be like me arguing AMC was a bad trade at this point - that’s obviously not the case.

Baw in this thread who bought 10 call options at the beginning of the week just saw almost $4,000 disappear. I get making good money on this stock and good on him for taking his profits, but $4k is still $4k.
