That’s using 10 or 30 day average volumes, FYI. The volumes during these run ups at 5-10x.

I’m pointing out why the squeeze - if/when it happens - has holes at these levels. That’s factual.

Considering people in the last 2 pages are talking triple digits up to $100k, I think it’s still reasonable to have discussion on the other side of the coin.

I’m not going to shite on people making money. I’m discussing, to the best of my ability, what to do and when the ride stops.

Goose is seeing the big jump, I say sit back and enjoy the show, no?
I've been posting in this thread for quite a while now. Everytime I said that I think this stock will increase in value immensely, someone comes in to say "nuh uh! And here's why...." As I type this I am looking at a current gain of 130%.

Can anyone explain to me what happened in the last hour where it went from $29+ to under $26 in a minute or less?

Not panicking at all, just curious what caused that.

Not long ago, you had serious doubts about a squeeze ever becoming a reality.

Glad to see you have that pivot move down pat.

Yeah people don't seem to get the difference between making money on a pump and dump vs the underlying business.

The underlying business is nowhere near worth these levels. So any discussions about recovery and movies opening is irrelevant to the stock price.

FOMO is what is driving the price today, and it is not something I would want to be on either side of the coin. Hard to know when it goes up or down.

Pretty sure your thesis has been a short squeeze and/or the reopening of theaters. I think we can both agree that’s not what’s happening at the moment. This is pure FOMO.

Great news is that you don’t have to be right to make a shite pot of money.

You wouldn’t want to have a few thousand shares around the 5-7 range and FOMO?

FOMO, followed by gamma squeeze, followed by short squeeze. Bookmark it, write it down, Hell, get it tattooed under your Sasquatch chest-tattoo!

I’d say fair debate on where it lands but we’d all be well served if the 100k chatter is ignored.

I think triple digits is a real challenge but not totally impossible.

I was about to post that $30 seemed imminent and then the bottom fell out.

Volume looks like someone dumped a lot of shares and then you could have seen a cascade of trailing stops that may have hit as a result.

Good news is it’s recovered nicely.

Crazy. There is a significant potential that ALL call contracts expiring tomorrow, will do so in the money!

Wrap your head around that!

I don’t think that’s what he’s saying. Going long or short during the FOMO stage is the concern.

Underlying business was too risky for me to invest money when it was at the 5-7 range. I would not have bet on a meme trade explosion.

I don't know, I think $28ish seems realistic today. See what AH does.

Which by the way would be a YUGE day.

I do have to say it has been a wildly entertaining stock to follow along with GME/KOSS/ETc...

WSB YOLO threads are always good reads.

That's why I didn't gamble...just didn't see theaters coming back too strong but I kept looking in here every now and then. I FOMOed yesterday and this morning tho Up 33%...I'll see where it goes.

So I’m still learning about CALL options, what call option should I play on AMC right now? Sell a call or buy a call?

I’m trying to make some bigger gains. I see AMC going above $32 today.
