There is a couple of other things happening next week, but I don't recall what they are and I am too busy to look it up.

Anyway, GameStop isn't a "dying brick and mortar".

Not a lot, but I am long and believe it is a company with great leadership and great turn around plan.

It is a good buy right now around $23 per share (92 pre split). I continue to add shares and am happy with my position.

So a bunch of grifter games, that nobody actually wants to play. At this point anyone in gaming knows that any P2E/NFT games are pure shite and the community absolutely hates them

Sounds like a negative and a big waste of resources.

That was a good exit. I think Icahn shorted the stock at around that price and has either closed and getting back in or got back in. Thus, why I said it it a good price. BTW, the 416 was pre-4 way dividend split. So, around 100. Still a good difference between 100 and 23. So, nice!

I have mixed beliefs. I think the DD is sound and there is a ton of naked shorting. A lot more shares than exist. And a LOT of FTDs, but I don't know if the government would allow a market changing massive short squeeze.

I do think that GameStop is incredibly undervalued and the price is being suppressed through a lot of techniques from shorting, ladder attacks, spoofing, to using dark pools/ off exchange manipulation by pushing a lot of buys to the off exchange and sells on the lit.

The Direct Stock Purchase (DRS) is historic. No stock has ever had such rabid investors who are holding for the long game and taking their shares out of the DTCC via DRS. More than half the free float, right now.

Also, the "hard to borrow" indicator has been on it daily for over 2 years. Why? AMC is also has that indicator, and it is crap stock, so this is maybe meaningless.

Anyway, I am happy to have the stock on sale, and keep buying. It is my vice. lol

At the current price, it is a good buy. So far, the market makers and assorted other bad actors haven't been able to drive the price below 15.41. They are spending a ton of money keeping the price down and I don't think they can keep it up.

Last quarter, earning were predicted to be negative. They were positive and the price jumped. Again, the analyst are calling on the price to be negative (-.16 I think), but why? Last year a lot of high expense items were dropped from GameStop. The old distribution center fell off the contract and was closed. The two new east and west cost modern centers are fully operational. Underperforming stores were closed and new stores opened in better locations. The nft marketplace (still in Beta) continues to add basically free money to the bottom line.

Mario Brothers movie triggered huge buying at the stores and online. Everything from old games to collectibles.

Next Quarter (2Q) will have the massive Velda, Tears of the Kingdom earnings. The midnight release lines at every store were long and GameStop sold out of all their hard copies in 3 days. Also, in 2Q is whatever is going down with the nft marketplace, Apple, the Web3 game launcher. The nft wallet still isn't available for Android. That would have been the easier one than the iPhone one that has now been out a few months.

Also, a new concept store was opened in Milan, Italy. Crazy Apes have been making pilgrimages to it. lol

Any way, hedgies going after gamers - many who are professionals with a LOT of money - was a really bad play.

What like 2 dollars? The NFT bubble burst and unless you are money laundering sales are down 99% across the board.

In their last earnings report they didn't even break it out because earnings from the NFT platform were not material to their financials.

Guessing only a matter of time before they close down the marketplace. Since it is probably costing them more to run it then they are making in transaction fees

The 50 million in 4th quarter was the difference in a negative vs. profitable quarter. Amazon was negative in the Christmas Quarter.

Stay tuned.

GME holders waiting for it to take off

I do expect to see a small cap rotation, which could help GME, but the stock is uninvestable to me.

apes like the stock because they can't think of any other investing idea themselves. they cry about hedgie manipulation, but are trying to manipulate the stock price by DRS'ing their shares and failing!
