was able to freeze Experian and Transunion online, but Equifax keeps saying error. Typical, the one that screws up is unresponsive

Question: Does it even matter if you do a freeze with Equifax since they are the ones that got breached anyway? Seems like if you did it with one of the other credit companies you would be covered.

Good point, but hate to take a chance. If breeched again by another source they would say' well you had a chance to freeze it"

They deserve to go bankrupt. Oligopoly, making money hand over fist and they fail miserably in their core business.

My financial advisor is saying not to sign up for their protection because you waive your right to sue them later. Have a feeling a large class action suit is underway.

yeah, they took the language out supposedly that said, if you took their free crap you couldn't sue.
