I'm old enough to remember everyone thinking the market would crash if Trump were elected. Now everyone thinks the market will moon. Generally everyone is wrong.

ALSO FORGOTTEN, was how low vol was for many months after that (again, 180 degrees from predictions).
My current prediction for what happens if Trump wins is that he makes deliberate moves to get oil to go down (lift Russian sanctions, full drill baby drill, etc.) and that dent in a big inflation input will give central banks cover to more actively cut fed rates.
When/if this happens, risk assets - especially housing and stocks - will go up a lot. In the case of stocks, maybe like 40% or something.

Are you talking about by the end of the term in 2028/29? Probably +/- 5% of wherever it will go with Biden winning the election.

judging by the DOW's 6.7% 20 year growth average, the DOW will grow above 50K in the next 4 years
