Bloodbath incoming. Rent/mortgages going unpaid is going to hurt.

I think many expect more down days than up days for the near future. Other than some optimism on this board by some that think they got in at the bottom I have not seen much optimism. I do not think we have a lot of good news until mid April. That’s when virus numbers should peak and when people should have stimulus money in hand.

That’s my question also. I got my tax refund this morning and am going to put it in my Roth IRA. I’m wondering if I need to go on and do it or wait a few days. I’m kind of impatient though, and am obviously playing the long game.

Aren't you the one with the big sportfisher and offshore center console boat with the beach down house by 30A?

You farmers sure can work the system.

On another note it wouldn't hurt to see a quick dip down to 18 again.

You got the wrong guy. Can’t stand fishing and can only afford to rent for a week on 30A.

I run a farm for a bank exec. I’m on straight salary + a percentage of profits.

I’ve been nibbling at stocks at each downturn.

DCA should be strong as we come through recovery

Been monitoring since yesterday morning. Tons of great buys out now, I’m holding until Friday and then I expect a few more falls as more mortgages/rents go unpaid and expect a big boost around the time Trump Checks drop

An MFP payment.

But seriously, we have an extremely sharp pencil. I don’t cut anybody slack when shopping inputs, we’re in a great position on equipment, and we have good landlords. We average about a 10-15% profit without the government. MFP has been gravy the last couple years.
