As far as known catalysts (based on Crux investor videos with management) this is probably the timeline:
Q2-JV with Lanxess finalized
Q3-Q4- FID reached on commercial plants with Lanxess, uplisting to NYSE
Unknowns: Tetra lease production, supply agreements with other companies, etc. Probably just a wild rumor, but Lord if Tesla gets involved with these guys I’ll be able to retire 20 years early.

Canada holdup is to get the SIFT machine down there. No holdup as far as JV signing goes from German restrictions. German holdup will be to get their engineers here to get to FID for the commercial plants.

Yeh, curious what is causing this movement. Suppose it could be some sort of chart trigger; the volume, while higher, doesn’t seem like “news based” volume.

Been looking all over and I’ve got nothing. So either some news is leaking, or this is an algo based move.
It feels programmed, but there were a few pre market trades that gapped us up and that is generally a manual move.
Suffice to say, I have no idea what’s going on. But I ain’t mad.

Things are moving and people can see it. No press release. That’ll come later, but with them it’s impossible to say when. But they are ready to go as soon as border opens, if not sooner.

I was really worried this was computer trading and it was gonna tank at close to fill the morning gap.
That was a very strong support sign. Would not be surprised to see 52 week high set tomorrow. Something is below the surface here.

What sites are you talking about? I drive by Lanxess South & Central Plants and the old Tetra site on a regular basis and haven’t seen any signs.
On a different note, I've watched the price bounce off of ~$3.25 and go down to the $3.00 range 3 or 4 times over the past month. I had an odd number of shares so I finally decided first thing this morning to sell around 3/4 of my stack at $3.35 and buy back in lower so I could have a nice round number of shares. Fighting serious FOMO right now!

Yeah you might not see $3.35 again, maybe it could dip a bit right at the open tomorrow.
