Most of you have probably already watched this, but if you haven't it's worth the time (and what else do you have anyway?)

It contains words from the CEO of Standard Lithium, the CEO of Lanxess, local and state politicians, ribbon cutting of the demo plant and a tour of the plant. It was released in Sept 2020. I was most interested to hear from the head of Lanxess, as I'm just guessing we're in some sort of way, waiting on him and his team to make the JV complete.

No celebratory Tshirts until at least $10/share. $20 /share and we may have to have a big STLHF party in El Dorado to celebrate.

Gonna pick up a few thousand more shares for me and my
Mom. She already had 30k shares. I was gonna surprise dad w 20k shares I picked up for him. Back at $0.40, but he passed and I had to transfer into her name. Things are proceeding locally. Can’t go into details but watch the old tetra site.

And don’t forget they have lithium rights in Salton sea area of Cali to extract from geothermal units there and Dead Sea area. Not to mention this tech could be used to extract lithium from brine ponds instead of waiting over a year for evaporation and manual extraction. All less costs effective but potential future sources.

Lanxess going into EV Battery business as well. Don’t forget lanxess parent company is Bayer

Good to hear. The slip in price from $3.30 to $2.86 here recently seems rather maddening given the short amount of time we should have left until the JV is completed.

Lot of folks here selling to take profits for tax debt and low oil prices. Most people don't have the patience to wait it out. I think some of the bigger players are selling bits here and there, waiting the 30 days and buying back in. I'm not in the know enough to play games with the volatility because you never know when the next big jump or press release will be.

Somebody was a steamroller on the bid from $2.80ish to $3.30ish a few weeks ago... then they stopped and it's had a slow bleed like lots of other small caps here recently.

I dont have the ability to wait the 30 days. Selling high and buying low within 30 days is a wash sale but what are tax implications of that?

Can they start to produce from the tetra site without Lanxess? I wasn't clear if those leases were under the JV with Lanxess or if they were separate.

It is one of the components I liked about the company, they werent putting all eggs in the lanxness basket. Parallel plans for success
